A side note: not only does one of Obama's first television ads feature a Republican validator -- State Sen. Kirk Dillard ... he was a registered lobbyist who supports Sen. John McCain.
Bipartisan message ads like this work in New Hampshire... they're not seen all the much in Iowa, where the Democratic caucus electorate is (a) Democratic and (b) partisan.
