Of course, the population probably rose about 1 point, meaning that per capita (the only meaningful measure, since otherwise we'd always be stunned by how much safer Lichteinstein is tha Switzerland) rates barely rose. [little comfort to any and all victims, but lets just not abet the sensationalism of a local news culture that generally encourages panic without regard to facts]
