It still won't make her a better candidate.

After all, who many more Victor Hsu's are there to be found?

How much will she have to return back? It's my understanding that the HSU money and the money of the 260 donors are still included in this tally. Also, Obama was the first one out with his figures monday. I suspect like in the past he will add more when all the candidates will have to disclose their donor lists and final totals on 10/15. That is also the date Hillary has to return all illegal contributions and finalize her totals.
