And there's a dig at Barack Obama on the next page:

The rest of the contenders? Well, let’s just say that even the best hype machines can’t disguise a real featherweight.

Off topic, but did anyone else find Richardson's speech about 7 out of the last 8 presidents elected were governors odd (and wrong)? And the last senator elected was JFK? Did he forget about LBJ, Master of the Senate, no less? GHW Bush was not a governor, neither was Nixon. And this was right after he said we needed to save the ammunition for the GOP?

Then he notes that he is the only governor in the race, comparing himself to Carter, Clinton...and GW Bush?

It all just seemed very odd. I guess he wanted to latch on to anytime he had.

John Edwards needs to look in the mirror before he starts flinging accusations at the others.

Last night during the debate he said of Clinton & Kyl-Lieberman "Did she even read that thing?" - Hello? NIE, anyone? Edwards did not read it before voting for the Iraq war.

And now he's calling Obama a lightweight? Obama, who spent 10 years in the state legislature and 10 years as a constitutional lawyer, during which time Edwards was channeling dead babies.

John Edwards....thank you for playing the Dick Gephardt of the '08 primary.

Clearly Edwards is one of those candidates who can't stop when he's ahead. Why would he turn off Obama supporters who have him as their 2nd choice by taking a cheap shot at Obama? I was actually impressed by his performance and happy for him, but he can go to hell now!

I think it is both funny and true.

Edwards brought it to Clinton and won, which is something the hyped up featherweight was unable to do all year.

I am looking for a winner and there is only Edwards and Biden that would have a chance of beating the Republican's political machine in 2008. Biden shows the confidence of a man that could be president , and he certainly has the brains. Edwards come across honest and he now shows that he is a fighter both good qualities for a president.

Hillary's negatives are to high, and Obama is still to green both would have major problems winnning in 2008
