The ad will run on Fox News Channel nationally and other markets in Iowa.
I assume there are hastily-wiped fingerprints from Giuliani or his allies on this? Either way, it's a phenomenal piece of jujitsu.

It is so strange that just when you think Giuliani will finally be hurt (so much evidence of that this week), it is Romney who is hit!
