Dated Fred, Married Huckabee

20 Nov 2007 08:46 pm

A reader reminds me that Joe Carter, who decamped to Mike Huckabee's Little Rock-based campaign today to serve as its director of rapid response, was a founder of BlogsforFred and was, as of September 13, still a Fred supporter.

Joe Carter's support of Fred Thompson was rather tepid. Actually some may say that he was "lazy" in his efforts over there.

We can only hope that he brings that same enthusiasm with him over to Huckabee.

How he can claim that Huckabee is the most conservative candidate in this race is beyond me. The guy wants to have a national smoking ban, was willing to give illegals in Arkansas drivers licenses, and let a killer loose that he felt sorry for who later went on to rape and murder another woman. Please look up the name Wayne Dumond sometime.

To top it off, the Assembly in HIS HOME STATE OF ARKANSAS chose not to support him. They picked Fred Thompson. If that don't tell you something about how they view Mike Huckabee....

Mike Huckabee is nothing more than a pro life liberal. In time people are going to get this and he will drop.

If you want to read more about Huckabee's many faults, head on over to the real Blogs For Fred Thompson.com

Lazy Fred needs to retire from public life and start taking care of his young wife and toddler kids.

It's More like . . . "Married Fred, but ran away with Huckabee"

Look, someone who starts a blog called "BlogsforFred" loses the ability to subsequently claim that he was only "dating."
