Julio G. Rebull, Jr., a GOP media strategist based in Florida, has joined Rudy Giuliani's presidential campaign. A press release the campaign plans to send later says that Rebull "Lends Expertise" to "Team Rudy," especially with his knowledge of Florida.
Rebull has helped elect Sen. Mel Martinez and Rep. Illeana Ros-Lehtinen and is a key adviser to the powerful speaker of the Florida House, Marco Rubio.
