Is there a reason for governor huckabee to be concerned about money that he took while he was governor of arkansas?

GOV. ROMNEY: You know, that's something that the investigators will have to take a look at. I know there were a number of ethical charges and fines and that's reminiscent of the clinton years. I think the bigger problem relates to the fact that he was soft on illegal immigration and that he raised spending in the state from 6 to $16 billion and he raised sales taxes, taxes on groceries and on nursery homes, i don't think america is going to choose somebody who is soft on immigration and hard on taxpayers.

I'm looking forward to finding out how much Hillary is paying(or promising) the Chicago-SunTimes folk(Lynne Sweet esp) to hack away at Obama.

We democrats certainly don't need a nominee tied to the Chicago-style politics that the Rezko trial will be unveiling next year. It's not about housing; it's about conflict of interest, $700,000 in "development fees", $25,000 in Obama contributions, and business partnerships with the Mayor's nephew--for openers. I have a feeling that a lot of people will stay tuned in and that it won't help elect a President Obama.

I am sometimes not the brightest star in the sky but here are my thoughts....

Why does the media continue to picking up on stories on any of the candidates when there is no wrong doing? Are they trying to imply somthing? For example, the Clinton and that lesbian garbage, Hsu,White water, Travelgate, Bill’s affairs, pardons for dollars and so on. The list accusations against the Clintons is too long and I do not have the patience to defend them. Well that was in the 1990’s. Americans have been there and done that. Guess what MSM Americans didn’t care they may still vote for her.

And then there are multiple hit jobs against Obama. The MSM feast on the fact that his father who was never in his life and his stepfather happened to be Muslim (thank you Washington Post for today giving this bald faced lie legs). At times you hear the slight murmuring among the media/ blog elites about Tony Rezko. Let’s be honest Obama is not from Washington and the cocktail circuit can't stand the young upstart from the Chi. They expected a corination and got a contest and now their a little resentful. And only a few days ago it was his Hope Fund giving money to candidates and today it’s this sorry story from the Sun Times.

Let’s get the record straight Obama has been a practicing Christian for years. The Rezko thing was above board but a unfortunate decision acknowledged by Senator Obama. The Hope Fund bit was also above board he donated money to candidates who did not support him including Senator Clinton and this Sun Times article couldn’t find anything illegal or they would have said so.

Let’s move on the John Edwards. Isn’t it amazing that because John Edwards rich the skeptical media can’t fathom that he really may care for the poor. They always exclude the fact that he grew up poor. Secondly, most of the Senators are millionaires including Kerry, Kennedy, Rockefellers and Clinton. No one questions their commitment to the poor in our country. Why do they question him?? It’s that Washington outsider thing I figure.

To me all the back and forth reminds me of high school bathroom gossip. It's such foolishness. I hate when the media tries to imply something by feeding us their manure. Give us the real stories on their positions. MSM, Americans are smarter than you give us credit for. I live in outside of Washington and I just don't get it and perhaps I never will.

Am I the only one who is offended by Huckabee’s hypocrisy? He touts his high morals and Christian values, invoking God’s name here and there, and yet he has deliberately done some shady things while governor of Arkansas?
