Fred Thompson Drops Contrast Lit Against Mike Huckabee

DES MOINES -- Hitting mailboxes soon: a hard contrast mail piece paid for by Fred Thompson that takes Ex-Gov. Mike Huckabee to task for his tax record as governor as Arkansas. The cover shows Huckabee posed with a fellow governor of Arkansas, Bill Clinton.

Whether it helps or hurts Thompson I don't know. But it doesn't matter, it needs to be known and I'm glad that Thompson is saying it. The comparison to Clinton is valid. And Thompson's not the only one to notice.

The liberal education group the NEA-New Hampshire chapter, has endorsed BOTH Huckabee and Hillary. What do these liberal educators know about the "authentic conservative" that the rest of us don't?

Huckabee obviously doesn't want people to know though, you can't find any mention of it on their website. Gee, I wonder why?

I agree it needs to be heard who Mike Huckabee truly is. Fred Thompson as Rush Limbaugh say's is the only real conservative in the race. Let's get the job done and elect Fred Thompson.

Well, that settles it. If the NEA endorses Huckabee, he must be metastatic. And shucks, I thought he was OK.
