Loved Bill...His Wife...Not So Much?

05 Dec 2007 11:12 am

From the New Hampshire Union Leader:

Deb Kennedy, a Lebanon elementary school teacher, said afterwards that Clinton was a phenomenal speaker. "I thought he was going to cry, I really did," she said, referring to his final sentiment, "and yet he was in total control of that moment. This whole room was silent, but I am absolutely not going to vote for his wife."

i thought Bill was an Okay president. Not great.
I was angry about his embrace of far too many gop policies. And I thought his schtick of emotional play acting got old fast. and was kind of embarrassing.
Though he was somewhat disappointing, I could deal with him as president. but, I will never be able to tolerate Hillary as president. I cannot stand her. She reminds me of nails on a chalkboard.
I am praying she is not the nominee and if she is I will not support her.
I hope Obama is the nominee.

Quelle surprise! A right-wing rag features a Hillary hater.

Bill's the one with the charisma and speaking presence but Hillary always seemed like the calculating power broker. I have a lot of respect for her political ability, but its the same sort of respect I have to grudgingly give to someone like Karl Rove.

Mark, Is this an honest summary of the article?
