Anti-Romney Robocalls In Florida?

The Mitt Report folks pass along this e-mail:

I just received a call from (CALLER ID)

DR FE PR COM 703-378-7296

The call mentioned it was from Election Research, it said Romney was for government paid abortions, for gay marriage and against the bush tax cuts....it praised Huckabee on immigration.....obviously lies lies lies...... The end also left the phone #[phone]

I am in Wesley Chapel...15 minutes north of Tampa (proper) Pasco County.....

which make it those lovely folks over at Common Sense- the pro huckabee group that no one likes but that HUck is too afraid to take down.

There have been many reports of Huckabee push polling. Some Thompson supporters youtubed a pro-Huckabee/anti-Thompson phone 'poll' not long ago.

Huck's fans are morons. This type of misinformation is what has dried up his campaign. No $ for the Huckster.

I finally figured out who Huck reminds me of...Gomer Pile!!! Except at least Pile wasn't hiding a devious dark side. I have no trust for Huckabee...he IS USING his religiosity to catapult himself. He will be exposed for the phony that he is in the end!!!

I live in Orlando and was push-polled by the pro-Huckabee people the other day. They did identify themselves as the Common Sense people. The push-poll was really ugly - full of absolute misinformation on Romney and presenting Huckabee as the purest icon of conservatism. It also criticized Mitt for his money - said that Huckabee "grew up poor. Does that make you more likely to trust Huckabee?" I could never trust Huckabee. I've watched him since Iowa, and he is such slimy politician. He presents a pious "Christian face," but his tactics are devious and disgusting. Look at whom he hired for his campaign - Ed Rollins, for whom nothing is off-limits. Nothing is too sleazy for Rollins. He is disgusting.
