The only candidate running a full slate of delegates is Ron Paul. No one else got fully organized by the Jan 12 deadline (and they still don't show much sign of organizing now). Should be interesting. Of course, if someone manages to pull 51% of the popular vote in the Feb 9 primary, the caucuses tonight won't matter so much, because in that case the state's delegates are committed to the winner.
