Ah yes, Malek. Nixon's old associate. As I recall, the author and mastermind of the concept of "hit lists" in the federal government. As one who worked in the federal government as an attorney from the early 1970s to 2002, I remember our very own real Machiavelli, Mr. Malek. And, so does Karl Rove and anyone else who used his playbook of culling out the opposition from your most loyal supporters. He truly presaged the Gonzales debacle and politicization of DOJ. Read some of his works ... and, this new generations, will find that Rove is almost an altar boy by comparison. Christinep

Great post, Fred Malek knows who is the best candidate to run this country. My estimation of McCain was high, now it's higher.
