Fox News's latest:

Insider Advantage, a Georgia-based firm, notices a last-minute Huckabee surge:

Huckabee: 26%
McCain: 26%
Romney: 13%
Thompson: 13%
Giuliani: 5%

(A sample of 635 voters with a margin of error of +/- 3.5%)

Steve Mitchell, a Republican pollster based in Michigan, interviewed 897 voters:

McCain: 30%
Huckabee: 22%
Romney: 18%
Thompson: 13%

I feel a surge of schadenfreude when I see that Giuliani has dropped so far that he's not even in shown in that first graphic you've got.

Inside Advantage actually had a McCain surging. Their tracking poll had Huckabee up 5 in Wednesday's polling but McCain tied it up on Thursday.

Also interesting: note the difference in results between Robocalls and human callers.

There is a last minute attempt from Giuliani supporters to urge Romney and Thompson backers to vote for Huckabee in SC.

Their appeal is that if McCain wins SC, the momentum will kill off, not only Giuliani's campaign but all comers.

After Romney wins Nevada, I don't see how this is going to be the case.

He'll take more delegates and might score a few in South Carolina, as well.
