On Those Democratic Deals...

03 Jan 2008 04:32 pm

1. No campaign has a formal deal with any others.

2. All the campaigns know, by virtue of their canvasses, the identities of thousands of supporters of other candidates.

3. All the campaigns have developed specific arguments to sway specific people away from -- or to -- specific candidates.

4. As many Bill Richardson precinct captains could choose to align with John Edwards's preference group as would align with Obama's.

Whats all this nonsense? Why dont we wait till tommorrow morning to see what the bitch has done?

People need to watch thier languave vis a vis Hillary Clinton.

Show some civility and respect. Marc's posts have been flooded with inappropriate and uncivil comments.

Why are u so sure I was referring to HRC when I used the word bitch. I was referring to the whole Iowa caucus thing. You do realize that some candidates may have to drop out after tonight. Why shld the prejudices and view of a tiny population of the country make or break a candidate? What if whats impt for the people of Iowa isn't the average of the priorities of the entire country? Compare the entire diversity of Iowa (~95% white to that of the entire country). It can be argued that if just 10% of the whites in Iowa have racial/sexist prejudices, then we may never have a minority or female president.
All this shows why Iowa and the Iowa caucuses are the bitch in my point of view.
God..all these people jumping to inane conclusions
