A question for the candidates: "Considering all of the attention given to the role of the spouses in the Democratic race, how would you describe your spouse's role if you win in November?"
Lights out, Rudy.
And a question for Mitt Romney: "There have been comparisons to you, Gov. Romney, and to Al Checchi, who made his money in high-flying financial wheeling and dealing, who tried to buy the election in California, and failed. How is your approach to politics different than that of Al Checchi?"
Lights out, Mitt.

Wierd that Mike Huckabee is having his brother Paul step in on this debate. I think that is a strategic blunder.

Oooh! Lights out! You're wealthy, and you're keeping clean from special interest money by partially funding your own campaign! Man what a loser! If you don't like Romney...fine. I don't get it, but fine. But don't be absurd.

I predict it will be an extremely weak debate featuring at most a few lightweight immigration questions that the candidates will answer with their stock speeches, and the two MSM hacks will not call them on their obvious lies and the obvious flaws in their proposals.

Does anyone think there's the slightest chance I'll be wrong?

Romney keeping clean of special interests??? ROFLMAO he has lobbyists running his campaign.

Original Intent,

Romney does not have lobbyists running his campaign but even if he did, that's not what matters. The problem is when they are paying for your campaign.

The media treats his self-funding as a bad thing but actually since he won't owe favors to everyone in Washington for getting him elected, I would argue it is a very good thing.

Giuliani has the premo slot for the debate tonight. The one who is front and center seems to get more camera time.

Who's Paul Huckabee?

quite a debate. It would seem to me,after watching them decide who I should vote for, maybe they should keep thier mouths shut about fox news being biased.I actually thought Russert was a journalist. Now I realise his show should be called meet the hack.
