(No doubt for New Jersey, but also a tweak to HRC in the city...)

DTM is right. He's pulling even in NYC, and because most of the delegates are allocated by district, he'll be able to blunt her delegate advantage in the state even if (as expected) she wins by fairly large margins upstate. This is far from just a tweak.
This upstate NY voter thinks that Obama will get his share of votes outside of NYC as well.
Barack Obama is on the air, and on the ground. And, meanwhile, Clinton's ad, LIFETIME is running in nine states, including her own state of New York and has her speaking in her own words: You know, you can't always pass the laws you want to pass right away. You can't snap your fingers and get people to cooperate. You have to work on that every minute of every day. But you can try to help somebody every single day. "Ready to Lead" is now "Trying to Help"

I don't see any reason why Obama couldn't be legitimately going after delegates in NYC.
