** Hillary Clinton has an eight point lead over Barack Obama in Gallup's latest national poll -- 48 to 41 -- and John McCain leads Mitt Romney by 20 points, 44 to 24 -- demolishing the theory that Mr. McCain only has a ceiling of about 35%.

Talk about media bias, even when Obama's down 7 Hillary gets credit for an 8 point lead.

A series of polls today shows Obama rising by as much as 10% in a few days in places like Missouri and Alabama but Hillary is holding firm and keeping a lead in both. Obama is surging but does he have enough time??
