Romney Doesn't Get To Keep His Delegates

07 Feb 2008 01:32 pm

Rules differ by state, but consider: by suspending his campaign, Romney's delegates in Michigan revert to unpleged. Already, Mike Huckabee's campaign is trying to find ways to contact them and convert them.

Question: Who's worse?? McCain or Huckabee?? It's an open question.....McCain has voted against 52 different tax cuts....but on the other hand, Huckabee raised taxes in Arkansas by 47%. So, who's worse?? This discussion could go on issue by issue. Without Mitt in the race, there is no conservative alternative, so it's better for the Democrats to own responsibility for the damage America will suffer during the next 4 years, than for us Republicans to be responsible for it. That way, the conservative movement will look a lot better to voters 4 years from now.

Question: Is it better to vote for the Democrat, go 3rd Party, or stay home. I'll vote Libertarian, but I wish I had a better answer to this second question.

Mike Huckabee didn't raise taxes by 47%! The budget increased over 10.5 years from 8.5 billion to something to the tune of 12.4 billion- an average of 3.9% increase each year. If Mitt Romney was a governor for 10 years, his spending would have been increased by about 20%, and that isn't even including the Socialized Medicine plan he passed that executes unborn children for a 50 dollar copay.

Regardless, both men are fiscally conservative, because on average, the states budgets increased by 97% during the same time frame due to unfunded mandates.

Get your facts straight.

There was a foot race. The U.S. opposed Russia. The U.S. won, but the next day, the numbers were presented like this:

Russia came in 2nd, and the U.S. was next to last.

One can make numbers say almost anything.
