** 52% of registered voters are paying a lot or some attention to the episode.
** 36% of independents and 15% of Democrats say the episode has rendered them less favorable to Obama.
** 44% of voters view him favorably, 30% view him unfavorably, and 26% either are undecided or have not formed an opinion. 63% of Democrats view him favorably, a slight downward blip from CBS's poll last month.

More proof that this really doesn't matter. All this is is another ratings jihad by cable news...Boring.
Obama's speech put this issue to bed. The media can continue their ratings jihad and ignore the real issues, like those people of all races in the emergency room. But the people will say "Not this time."
Ultimately, it is the people--not the over-inflated egos of the jihadist media--who own the Republic. Out of touch: see gridiron dinner. NOT funny to those of us out here. Once upon a time, The Atlantic would've covered this issue. Instead, we got Britney Spears on the cover.
