This isn't something new. McCain had something similar on his web site not too long ago and a fair number of people signed up. Needless to say, if I remember correctly his final bracket was pretty close to what the results ended up being.
Marc Ambinder, an Atlantic associate editor, blogs about politics and Washington. He might also write the occasional post about aviation, national security, and cognitive neuroscience. Mostly politics, though.
