Hilarious -- he throws Hevesi under the bus for a relatively minor ethical transgression, and now he's "involved" in a prostitution ring. What a dick. He gets no sympathy from me. I do feel sorry for NYS Democrats though -- and they were so close to taking the Senate.
Marc, for the last time, the key number is 150,000 which happens to be the number of newly registered African American voters who turned out for Mr Obama in South Carolina. Care to guess how many votes Bush won the state by?

Oops. Hillary loses a superdelegate. Bill Clinton wasn't involved...as far as I know.
Lt. Gov. David Paterson is also a Clinton supporter, so if he steps in for Spitzer, there will be no change in the delegate count.
Now Spitzer got to resign. Hmmm! Is Hillary going to run for the governorship once she realizes that delegate math is insurmountable. I pity New Yorkers, they are stuck with Hillary

I hate to say it, but one photograph of Mr. Spitzer is worth a thousand words. He was made out to be such an ethics champion too. It doesn't help that just about every photo of Eliot, includes a certain New Your Senator. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by all the cross-pollination. Who can you trust?
