The DNC's New Organizing Tool

The Democratic National Committee plans to unveil a new organizing tool today, one that allows volunteers and activists to access parts of the party's integrated voter file and send e-mails, make persuasion telephone calls, and provide information. I'll learn more about the tool a bit later, but it appears to be similar to the technology used by Barack Obama's campaign.
