Up: Heath Shuler (D-NC-11) endorses Clinton; he's the first superdelegate to move since last night.

Down: George McGovern welcomes Clinton to South Dakota by telling her it's time for her to quit. "We respectfully disagree," says a Clinton spokesman.

Up: Clinton has enough money to compete in WV.

Down: Thanks to an additional series of loans by Clinton herself totaling more than $6 million.
