I think McCain will appear with Bush exactly three times before the election. I guess my vote doesn't count.

Publicly or privately? Publicly, I think they'll avoid each other asides from the Convention; privately, I'm sure they'll be holding multiple fundraisers together.

The obvious problem with this survey is that you're anchoring people at "three" times. It is very possible people are inclined to enter much higher numbers, such as "fewer than 8 times, greater than 8, 12 or more." You might be better off using a Likert 5-point scale, incrementing by x with every option, or just allowing people to enter a number at random.
