I am skeptical of this going well. I agree that moderation would be useful, but only for things that are egregiously out of place and/or inaccurate. However, that would then lead to debates about what should and shouldn't be removed and anger when certain things are removed while other things are not. So maybe not. Oy.

Thanks Marc, good to be back. Even though they fill up with trash, i really feel comments are tempests in a teapot. Not so many people read them, and those that do quickly learn to filter out the BS (or at least info that doesn't fit their view of reality).

Perhaps less civillity is in order when you used the term "please." Apparently Ingvy, the archtypal moron himself, is unacquainted with civillity. The agreement at the bottom of this page would seem to preclude his (?) nonsense.

Actually, I hope he does take it off, lest it lead to a comment war with people who incessantly whine about anything they find even remotely objectionable. Guess we should also cancel The Daily Show, South Park or any other show which use precisely these types of outlandish statements (my original, tongue-in-cheek comment) to point out how big a buffoons people who seriously post this kind of stuff are.
