AIP Questions, Responses

The McCain campaign today released Gov. Sarah Palin's voter registration records in an attempt to prove that she was not a member of the Alaska Independence Party, which advocates secession. The documents suggest that Palin never formally registered to vote as AIPers. Whether she was a member in the solidary sense is another question, and one that the AIP disputes. Todd Palin, it seems, was provably a member of the AIP until 2002.
