Guidance About Palin's Speech Tonight

03 Sep 2008 05:31 pm

Gov. Sarah Palin tonight will frame her remarks from her experience as an executive of a state with a billion dollar budget and tens of thousands of employees. According to an aide, she'll provide specifics of the challenges she faced and conquered as mayor and governor.  Lots of emphasis on her bipartisanship and her challenges to the Republican establishment. Her sense of humor will show in places. There will be a few contrasts with Obama, too. And expect a heavy focus on the economy and energy policy.
