Palin: "Your plan is a white flag of surrender in Iraq."...notes Biden said that BO "was not ready to be commander in chief." To Palin's claim that Obama voted to cut off funding for troops, Biden: "John McCain voted to cut off funding for the troops.."... Links McCain to Cheney... "John McCain has been dead wrong on the fundamental issues relating to the conduct of the war. Barack Obama has been right.
09:38: Biden tries to trap Palin into saying there's no distinction between same-sex couples and heterosexual couples; Palin won't be baited. Reiterates her opposition to same-sex marriage... basically taking it off the table for this election.
09:36: Palin says: "I am tolerant. I have a very diverse family, diverse friends. In that tolerance, no one would ever propose, say, visitations in a hospital, or contracts being negotiated... but I don't support anything that would redefine marriage as being between one man and one woman."
