10:10: Palin's not an everyday working American, but she plays one very well on television.

10:09: Palin's answer on disagreeing with McCain is strong.... "thinks we need a little bit of reality from Wasilla Main Street"....

10:07: Weird question: how would a Biden administration be different than an Obama administration? That was bait for Biden's ego, and he didn't fall for it. He would, he says, continue Barack Obama's policies.

10:06: Palin is running out of TPs; she's repeating them.

10:02: Palin gets the name of the commander general in Afghanistan wrong: he's McKiernan, not McClellan. She does not know who he is, clearly.

10:00: Biden is stumbling less as the debate goes on.....

9:53: Palin lets go a very strong line: "There've been huge blunders throughout this administration, as there are in every administration, for a ticket that wants to talk about change and look into the future, there's just too much finger pointing."  Biden also has a strong riff: "The issue is how different is John McCain;s policy going to be different than George Bush's."
