Voter Reg. Records In Ohio; ACORN Chaos In Nevada

07 Oct 2008 06:52 pm

Almost all of this activity is from the Obama campaign and Democratic groups.

And in Ohio, more than 660,000 new voters joined the rolls. That equates to 94% of eligible voters. The Secretary of State predicts 80% turnout.

In Nevada today, Secretary of State Ross Miller accused ACORN of massive voter fraud after state law enforcement officials raided the group's Las Vegas field headquarters. He says that ACORN requested nearly 123,000 applications. For its part, ACORN organizer Bertha Lewis said in a statement that the group regularly "pleaded" with state officials to take its concerns about voter fraud seriously, and that today's raid was tantamount to a "stunt."
